In most cases, your USF Health computer account should be active immediately upon completion of the request process. If your position requires that you have a sponsored computer account, the account creation process may take up to 24 hours, as the account must be approved by an authorized signer.
Logging into the Learn system requires that your USF Health email address has been enabled. In most cases, your email account should be enabled within 20 minutes of when your USF Health computer account becomes active.
If you experience any issues with requesting your account or logging into the Learn system, contact USF Health Technology Services at email@example.com, https://livechat.health.usf.edu, or (813) 974-6288.
